Sifrr sources welders, CNC operators, electricians and heavy goods drivers from the Indian expatriate workforce in Oman, for licensed European staffing partners. Trade-tested in person before a CV reaches you. Employers pay. Workers never do.

Finding candidates was never the hard part.
The expensive failure in international recruitment is the candidate who does not arrive.
- 01Files stall at the consulate.
- 02Documents do not survive scrutiny.
- 03Certification turns out to be unverifiable.
- 04The worker withdraws when the reality of relocation lands.
Each one costs you time you had already committed and credibility with a client who was counting on the headcount.
Sifrr exists to reduce that number.
People who have already done this once.
Oman hosts a resident Indian workforce of roughly half a million people. A substantial part of it is trade-certified, industrially experienced and already proven capable of leaving home for work. We recruit there.
A candidate who has already relocated to a foreign country, completed a full contract and renewed or returned has passed the test that eliminates most first-time applicants. What that means in practice:
- 01A valid passport with established travel history, not a first application.
- 02A documented employment record with named Gulf employers, verifiable by reference.
- 03Prior medical screening to GCC standards.
- 04Functional workplace English, developed on multinational sites rather than claimed on a form.
- 05Trade certification obtained or validated under GCC industrial standards, recognisable to European technical assessors.
- 06Demonstrated willingness and family readiness to work abroad, which is the single hardest thing to assess in a first-time candidate.
We cost more per head than sourcing directly from India. We would rather say so plainly. What you are buying is a higher completion rate and fewer problems after arrival.

How we work
- 01
Sourcing
Candidates reach us through referral networks inside Oman’s established expatriate trade communities, through direct enquiry, and through employers releasing workers at contract end. We do not use unregistered sub-agents.
- 02
Screening
Identity, employment history and qualification documents are checked and, where the issuing body permits, verified directly with the source rather than accepted on presentation.
- 03
Trade testing
Candidates are tested in person in Oman against the requirements of the specific role. For certified trades we verify the certification chain to the issuing body. For welders that means traceable WPQ or ISO 9606 certification, not paper issued by an agency. A candidate who cannot demonstrate the trade does not reach your shortlist.
- 04
Documentation
Each file is assembled complete: identity, certification, medical status, police clearance, consent, and a signed declaration confirming the candidate has paid nothing to anyone.
- 05
Handover and follow-through
We coordinate with you through permit and visa processing, confirm arrival, and check in with the worker at set intervals afterwards. If something is wrong we would rather hear it early and tell you.
Who we are
Sifrr is the international workforce division of Alhayek Tech Company LLC, registered in the Sultanate of Oman.
We are a sourcing and screening partner.
We do not hold a European placement licence and we do not represent that we do.
Our partners hold the licence, the employer relationship and the legal responsibility for placement. Our responsibility is that every candidate reaching them is who they say they are, can do what they claim, and has paid nobody for the opportunity.

Founding partners
We are selecting a small number of founding agency partners in Romania, Poland, Croatia and the Czech Republic, and specialist partners in heavy goods transport.
We are new, and we would rather say so than claim a placement history we do not have. What we bring is a verified sourcing method, an experienced operations lead, and direct access to a candidate pool most of our competitors reach only at second hand.
We propose starting with a pilot of three to five trade-tested candidates, on your terms and at your pace, before any discussion of volume.
If they arrive, perform and stay, the case for continuing makes itself. If they do not, you will have risked very little finding out.

Four questions. They help us come back to you with something useful rather than a brochure.
Thank you. We will come back to you within two working days, from Oman, with a direct answer rather than a sales sequence.
