# Sifrr

> Sifrr is the international workforce division of Alhayek Tech Company LLC (Commercial Registration 1539842), registered in Bousher, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Sifrr sources welders, CNC operators, electricians and heavy goods drivers from the Indian expatriate workforce in Oman, for licensed European staffing partners. Candidates are trade-tested in person before a CV reaches a partner. Employers pay. Workers never do.

## What Sifrr does
- Sourcing and screening partner for licensed European staffing agencies and employers.
- Sifrr does not hold a European placement licence and does not represent that it does. Partners hold the licence, the employer relationship and the legal responsibility for placement.
- Sifrr works with employers and licensed agencies, not directly with individual job seekers. Workers are never charged a fee.

## Where candidates come from
Oman hosts a resident Indian workforce of roughly half a million people. Candidates have already relocated abroad and completed a full contract: valid passport with travel history, documented Gulf employment record, prior GCC medical screening, functional workplace English, trade certification under GCC industrial standards, and demonstrated readiness to work abroad.

## Method
1. Sourcing: referral networks in Oman's expatriate trade communities, direct enquiry, employers releasing workers at contract end. No unregistered sub-agents.
2. Screening: identity, employment history and qualifications verified with the source where the issuing body permits.
3. Trade testing: in person in Oman against the specific role.
4. Documentation: identity, certification, medical status, police clearance, consent, and a signed declaration that the candidate has paid nothing.
5. Handover and follow-through: permit and visa coordination, arrival confirmation, follow-up check-ins.

## Founding partners
Sifrr is new and is selecting a small number of founding agency partners in Romania, Poland, Croatia and the Czech Republic, plus specialist partners in heavy goods transport. It proposes a pilot of three to five trade-tested candidates before any discussion of volume.

## Leadership
Ayesha Ishaq, Managing Director. Five years in recruitment operations in Muscat; Branch Manager at Global Gateway (2021 to 2024) and Canaxis Management and Placement (2024 to 2025). Has handled or overseen more than 2,500 candidates. Works in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and basic Arabic.
